A buckle broke on my doc marten sandal. Being only a year old and expensive, I investigated replacing the buckle. There wasn’t a match for it so all 4 were replaced on both sandals. Shane responded quickly to my query and sent follow up questions. There was a quick turnaround for the work. This is a great service and saves items from the landfill!

I took my wife’s RM Williams in to get the heel reduced in height. Shane & his team understood the assignment & my wife is very happy.

I had an awkward repair on a much loved pair of Birkenstocks. They were efficient and did a high quality repair. Communication was good. Overall happy to save shoes from landfill and use them for another few years. They sent my shoes back with a postage paid sticker for any further shoe repairs which I really appreciated too.
