Impeccable service

I am very happy with the refurb done on my boots and as I'm from Katikati, to have a same day service was really important to me. The service was, as always impeccable and extremely efficient. I just wanted to let you know I received my boots yesterday and was so pleased with the repair. It is a lot of money to repair them but they are looking better than brand new and as you know they were very expensive boots originally. 2-3 days plus courier time. Please let us know if you need them sooner.

  • Find the repair you need and add to cart. When you are ready to checkout. Click the bag in the top right corner and check out.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you.
