1. How do I get my shoes repaired?

1. Find your repair – Choose the service you need, add it to your cart, and checkout.
   Popular repairs include Birkenstock, RM Williams, Heels, and Zips.
2. Send them to us – You’ll need to arrange shipping to us using your preferred courier.
3. We repair & return them – Most repairs are completed in 3 days, and we’ll arrange the return courier.

Orders over $100 booked online get free return shipping.

2. What happens if I select the wrong repair?

• We’ll sort it out – When your shoes arrive, we’ll assess them and be in touch if it doesn't make sense.
• If there’s a price difference – We’ll contact you and send a payment link or process a refund.
• No surprises – We check repairs before starting, so you won’t pay for something you don’t need.

3. What do I do if I can't find my repair?

• Try the search function – Click or tap the magnifying glass and start typing your issue.
• Use our Free Quote Page – Upload a photo of your shoes, and we’ll reply with ideas and pricing.
• We can help! – Even if it means pointing you to someone else or recommending a new pair.

4. How long will the repair take?

Typically, we complete shoe repairs within 2-3 business days after receiving your shoes. Need it faster? Let us know, and we’ll try to speed up the process for you.

5. Can I get a quote before sending my shoes in?

Yes! Use our online quote form, or simply send us a picture of your shoes for a repair estimate. We want to make the process as convenient as possible for you.

6. What if my shoes can’t be repaired?

If your shoes are beyond repair, we will email and refund you. Then return or give them a burial.

7. Do you repair bags or other leather goods?

Yes, we repair handbags, belts, and other leather accessories. 

8. Do you offer any guarantees on your repairs?

Yes, we offer a 6-month guarantee on most shoe repairs. If something doesn’t hold up, we’ll fix it for you!
