Welcome to Shane’s Shoe Repairs. When you use our website or send shoes to us, you agree to these terms.
1. What We Do
We fix shoes and other items. Every repair is done by hand. We always do our best, but results may vary depending on how worn the shoes are.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
You need to pay before we start your repair or send any products.
Prices may change, but confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price paid.
3. Changing or Cancelling
If you need to change or cancel your order, please tell us as soon as possible.
Once work has started, cancellations aren’t possible because each repair is custom-made.
4. Repairs and Delivery
Please see our Shipping Policy for details on how long repairs take and how we send them back to you.
5. Returns and Refunds
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

6. Our Responsibility
We take great care with every pair of shoes, but we can’t be responsible for:
- Damage or wear we couldn’t see before repair.
- Normal colour or texture changes.
- Delays or losses caused by couriers or wrong addresses.
Our total responsibility is limited to the cost of the repair or product.
