Shipping policy

We know how exciting it is to receive your repaired shoes quickly.

Flat rate shipping: Shipping anywhere in New Zealand is a flat rate of $9.

Turnaround time: Repair target is 3 working days. All standard paid repairs that arrive at our shop before 12 noon. Are sent back 3 working days later. (excluding weekends and public holidays). For example. If your repairs arrive before noon on Monday, they’ll be on the courier Thursday afternoon.

During busy periods (such as the start of winter), repairs may take an extra day, so please allow 4 working days.

Urgent or Saturday delivery: Please contact us. We’ll do our best to help. (An extra charge may apply.)

Rural deliveries: Allow an extra 1–2 days for rural addresses.

Courier service: We use NZ Post for all deliveries. Once your repairs leave our workshop, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Auckland customers: To avoid confusion please include your suburb name in the “City” field of your shipping address.
