So pleased

I just wanted to let you know I received my boots yesterday and was so pleased with the repair. It is a lot of money to repair them but they are looking better than brand new and as you know they were very expensive boots originally. Yes sure, check out the Zip Repairs page. Then either send your boots, bag or shoes to us and we will contact you when they arrive. Or send a photo for a quote if it’s not mentioned.

2-3 days plus courier time. Please let us know if you need them sooner.

  • Find the repair you need and add to cart. When you are ready to checkout. Click the bag in the top right corner and check out.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you.

You’ll be happy with your repairs, I personally guarantee it. Or I’ll redo your repairs and pay the courier both ways.
