Take boots in
To mark out the amount to take in.
- Customer needs to be wearing their usual pant thickness.
- Have both boots on and stand up.
- Use an erasable silver pen, taylors pencil or masking tape.
- Pinch the seam together, not too tight but firm. Make sure to keep the seam central. Ask customer how fitting they would like them.
- Make a mark every 50mm (or 25mm if the change of boot shape is rapid), down the back.

Yes sure, check out the Zip Repairs page. Then either send your boots, bag or shoes to us and we will contact you when they arrive. Or send a photo for a quote if it’s not mentioned.

- A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
- Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
- At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you or free return courier if you spend over $100.
