Scuffed, cut or damaged uppers can make a quality pair look past their best. RM Williams’ own repair service has eligibility limits for damaged uppers. We specialise in upper leather repairs for RM Williams boots.

We repair light scuffs, cuts, holes and heavier leather damage. Each pair is repaired in our Tauranga workshop. Then couriered back anywhere in New Zealand.

Choose the repair option that looks closest to your boots, add it to cart and check out. We will confirm the repair and price before any work begins. Then send your boots to us and we will send them straight back once the work is done.

Prices shown are for black and chestnut RM Williams boots. Lighter or less common colours may cost more.

RM Williams Leather Inner Patch

I had some holes in the inner leather down by the holes - not any more. Great fix. Excellent turn around time: couriered on Tue, had them back on Fri. Fantastic overall. Highly recommended.

Shane’s a Magician

Sent some RM Williams that have seen better days. They were left out in the rain and wrinkled and lost their colour in patches. Shane sent back a new pair of shoes - you’d never know they were the same pair. Saw Shane’s work on TikTok and so glad we decided to get his help in saving the shoes instead of getting a new pair. Thanks Shane!
