I have had my McKinleys for over 15 years. They are my goto footwear, my favorites and the most comfortable shoes I have. But the soles were treadless. I considered buying a new pair but McKinlay don't make them anymore. I suppose I could have asked them to produce a one-off pair at $$$$! I considered a pair of Dr Martens but the thought of breaking them in (previous experiences with DMs) turned me off the. Could I get my McKinlays resolved? I discovered Shane's after a quick search of the interweb and certainly glad I did! What great service. I'm in Taranaki and Shane's is in Tauranga but delivery was seamless. They had the boots for about a week and I couldn't be happier with the "good as new" boots that were returned to me. I wholehearted recommend Shane's and thank the team for giving me more years of comfort and style.

- Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
- At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9 to ship back to you.
