Fabulous Service

I had two sets of boots needing their heels replaced and Shane's Shoe Repairs did an amazing job with a very fast turnaround. Mat was wonderful in following up with me on a few things I'd missed in arranging the replacement and I was kept up to date with the progress.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be using their service again soon

Fantastic service

My shoes are reheeled by Shane's shoe repairs. Great friendly service and they were ready after a couple of hours, saving us having to come back into the city to pick them up. We live out Katikati way.

Zip and heels repaired

I live in a small Bay of Plenty town, far from a cobbler. When the zip broke on a pair of boots and the heels had holes in them, what to do and where to go? Shane's Shoe Repairs turned out to be the perfect place. When I had a work meeting in Tauranga, I called in to Shane's with not only the boots but a handbag which also had a broken zip. Shane talked me through the needed repairs and within a few days he had couriered the boots and bag back to me, beautifully repaired. Great service and great work.

Impeccable service

I am very happy with the refurb done on my boots and as I'm from Katikati, to have a same day service was really important to me. The service was, as always impeccable and extremely efficient. So pleased

I just wanted to let you know I received my boots yesterday and was so pleased with the repair. It is a lot of money to repair them but they are looking better than brand new and as you know they were very expensive boots originally.   • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you.
