Are repairs guaranteed?
Yes, all repairs are guaranteed. We track rework through our system to identify and resolve issues. This enables us to improve over time.
If your repair isn’t right, please let us know. We’ll either redo the repair or refund your money.
You will also get a return courier ticket for rework. Which you can use to send the item back or save for your next repair. And you are welcome to share it with a friend.

We arrange courier back to you. Free on orders over $100 booked online.

How long does it take?
Repairs are usually sent back 2-3 days after they arrive.

What if there is more or less work than I paid for?
Quotes are provided from our understanding of your quote request and photos. Sometimes things become clearer once we have the item in hand.

We check repairs when they arrive. 
You can do these checks at home. These checks include, Heels, Soles, Toe tips, Stitching, Gluing and Closures (zips, domes, velcro etc)
If we find any issues we will let you know before we start any repairs. We can then refund and return or price any other work if it appears cost effective.

Are repairs Guaranteed?

Yes, all repairs are guaranteed. Our business has only survived 24 years because of happy customers. Any issues please get in touch asap.

Repairs arrive together on the courier. If we are busy with customers it can take a few hours to email you. If you can see that it has arrived from your tracking. 

Please give us 3 hours before hurrying us up :-)
