Was going to throw it out - but

Had a suitcase with a broken extender zipper.
No problem for Shane and his crew. Said repair would be ready in 5 days; it was ready in 2.
Cost by memory about $90 which is way cheaper than the new suitcase I was going to buy.

Zip issue on my brief case
