New insoles and heel seats for RM Williams boots

Are the insoles in your RM Williams boots getting uncomfortable? Worn through, gone fuzzy, or starting to fall to bits? We remove the old insoles and fit fresh leather insoles with a thin layer of foam underneath. Comfortable underfoot and tidy to look at.

Got the red foam insoles in your Comfort Craftsman? Those are glued in at the factory. We take them out cleanly and fit new leather and foam, with no damage to the boot.

Worn only at the back? We can replace just the heel seat, the leather your heel sits on.

If the whole insole is past it, go with full insoles. That covers it heel to toe, and we sort the heel seat as part of the job. If you've got one of the nice thick leather RM heel seats, we keep it and fit the new insole up to it.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9 to ship back to you.
