Superb service!

Thanks for doing a great job rejuvenating a pair of RM’s with heels, soles, elastic gussets & a great polish. Other places said they couldn’t be done or had to be sent to Aussie. Not only did Shane & the team do it but did so beautifully & with a super quick turnaround. Highly recommended!!!

RM Williams boots

Wow what an amazing result. These boots had a split sole at the front and covered in deep scuffs but now they look almost like new. I was surprised at the price to get the work done but they will last a long time now and look great.

Impeccable service

I am very happy with the refurb done on my boots and as I'm from Katikati, to have a same day service was really important to me. The service was, as always impeccable and extremely efficient. So pleased

I just wanted to let you know I received my boots yesterday and was so pleased with the repair. It is a lot of money to repair them but they are looking better than brand new and as you know they were very expensive boots originally. 2-3 days plus courier time. Please let us know if you need them sooner.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you or free return courier if you spend over $100.
