Had a suitcase with a broken extender zipper.
No problem for Shane and his crew. Said repair would be ready in 5 days; it was ready in 2.
Cost by memory about $90 which is way cheaper than the new suitcase I was going to buy.
Will 100% be using them again

My brief case zip had failed - would not stay closed. Sent a couple of photos. The issue was diagnosed as worn zip tabs - zip appeared OK. Sent it away and back withinh the week. Good job! Zip now works as it should. Thanks
