The heal lifts are great, well made and supportive, I got the small size for under the insole of my walking shoes, very helpful for leg and hip alignment when doing track walks.

Am quite amazed at how well this worked. Boots were a horrible purple now they’re lovely chocolate brown. Covered the purple entirely and was easy to do.
