Suitcase Repairs
We have all seen how suitcases get treated at the airport.
Pull Tabs. To fit new pull tabs requires the bending up of the Crown of the sliders. On some sliders this will break the Crown. If the Crown breaks you would need to then replace the sliders. Because of this risk we sometimes elect to make new pull tabs from strong cord and leather. As the string can be threaded through without lifting the Crown.
It is not always possible to get replacement sliders.

Yes sure, check out the Zip Repairs page. Then either send your boots, bag or shoes to us and we will contact you when they arrive. Or send a photo for a quote if it’s not mentioned.

- Find the repair you need and add to cart. When you are ready to checkout. Click the bag in the top right corner and check out.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
- Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
- At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you.
