Great job.

Another repairman told me he couldn’t fix my bag handle. This bag was only 15 mins into its first use when it broke so I wasn’t giving up. Shane’s immediately had a solution and it was repaired and looking perfect again within days. So easy. Thank you guys.

2-3 days plus courier time. Please let us know if you need them sooner.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you.
