Pricing depends on how the shoe is made, the cost of the soles and how much time it takes.

Most shoes a glued together, but Goodyear welted, Blake construction and Stitchdown still exist. Branded soles like the Vibram tend to be a little dearer than the no brand soles we get. The time it takes depends on the shoe construction method and how munted they are.

Had a favourite pair of ballet flats resoled a couple of weeks ago—got good advice re options for repair and cleaning suede, and when I collected the shoes, they’d resoled and cleaned up the area that I’d asked about. Such a good service! Pricey, but worth it to save a cherished pair of shoes—really good, quality work!

I had some street shoes with leather uppers. The uppers were in good nick but after a lot of wear and a lot of walking I'd worn down the rubber underfoot. Shane did a resole and made them good as new. OK not cheap, but way cheaper than replacing the shoes with the same brand and no need to throw away good shoes. Win/win! Love it! Think I sent them on a Thursday and they were back in my home letterbox the following Monday ready to wear. Highly recommend.

2-3 days plus courier time. Please let us know if you need them sooner.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you or free return courier if you spend over $100.
