Amazing service!!!

Shanes was able to fix my shoes when no other shoe repairer in Christchurch was able to. They were also repaired super fast, even though I had to send them to another town to be done!

Thanks for the lovely review. I’m rapt we could get your shoes sorted. Even from out of town. Glad the quick turnaround helped too. Sure was a tricky job. The leather sleeve over the strap was in the way of doing the repair. But it had to be on strap before the repair. As there was no way to get it on afterwards.
Good outcome though.

I just wanted to let you know I received my boots yesterday and was so pleased with the repair. It is a lot of money to repair them but they are looking better than brand new and as you know they were very expensive boots originally. Yes sure, check out the Zip Repairs page. Then either send your boots, bag or shoes to us and we will contact you when they arrive. Or send a photo for a quote if it’s not mentioned.

2-3 days plus courier time. Please let us know if you need them sooner.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you.
