I took in a pair of shoes that were over 30 years old (all leather) but the bottom of the heel had disintegrated, so wasn’t hoping for anything. They were repaired and they’re absolutely perfect ! Can’t wait for many more years of wear.
They did a beautiful job , and I’m a very happy customer 😃
He also fixed an old leather bag for me on the spot ! Best service ever .

I just wanted to let you know I received my boots yesterday and was so pleased with the repair. It is a lot of money to repair them but they are looking better than brand new and as you know they were very expensive boots originally. 2-3 days plus courier time. Please let us know if you need them sooner.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with our address.
  • Send your items to be repaired to us with the repair number on the address label.
  • At the moment you pay for shipping to us and we charge $9.50 to ship back to you.
